Their achievements have gained them international recognition, allowing them to travel globally as headliners in major Salsa congresses, where they teach, perform, and judge competitions.
Beyond competition, they regularly perform at prestigious events, including Just for Laughs Festival, and Festival Week-end du Monde. They also collaborate with entertainment companies for corporate, wedding, and private events, and have opened for artists such as Karl Wolf, Charlie K, Hector Acosta “El Torito,” and Tito “El Bambino.”
Their journey has led them to television, where they competed on America’s Got Talent, and placed 2nd overall on Révolution (2019), Quebec’s biggest televised dance competition. Following their success, they joined Révolution’s nationwide tour, and were part of the All-Star cast in Révolution: Les Étoiles (2014).

Born and raised in Montreal, Ramon Vasquez's passion for Latin dance began with a genuine love for Latin music and culture. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to honing his craft, studying Salsa music and learning about the history of various Latin dance styles.
Recognizing the importance of effective instruction, Ramon has trained closely with World Salsa Champion Paulina Posadas, specifically focusing on the pedagogy of Latin Dance. This commitment to learning has been complemented by his participation in workshops and competitions across North America, where he has achieved notable national and international success. Highlights include his 1st place win in the Pro-Am Intermediate category and 2nd place in the Pro-Am Advanced category at The Summit 2025 in New Jersey. His teaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that Latin Dance is a form of cultural expression, and every movement should reflect this connection to culture. He is excited to keep growing and sharing his incredible journey with the Novaera community!
Fun fact: Ramon was very shy growing up and used to avoid dancing in public, even at family gatherings. Now, you will always find him on the dance floor!
Passionate and energetic, Michèle has been teaching Latin dance for three years, after six years of exploring the vibrant world of Latin Dance. Her experience spans over 15 years, including Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz-Ballet, and Hip-Hop, with 10 years of competition at the Nathaly Lapointe School in Terrebonne. In addition, she is also a makeup artist and often works in the dance industry, a field where she can combine creativity and performance.
For Michèle, dance is a form of communication, a learning experience in letting go, and a practice in respecting oneself and others. It is a way to explore one's limits, express oneself freely, and create a true dialogue through movement. She considers teaching a privilege, as she witnesses incredibly brave individuals entrusting her with their vulnerability, their trust, and their desire to grow. Inspired by every student who dares to try something new, she dedicates herself fully to offering them a safe, stimulating, and fun space.
Always full of joy, she enjoys creating a place where technique meets authenticity, and where every dance becomes a unique conversation.
